Hey Phil, Thanks for the comment. Yes, to my knowledge that is how inheritance is set up in javascript in some cases. You can also (as I did) set the prototype property to the “super” object which then gives the object inheriting from it the super’s functionality. It’s just about which object the prototype property (which is a template for the object that possesses the property) is pointing to.
